Responsibilities
- Be the operational heartbeat of the People function, supporting the full employee lifecycle from contracts and onboarding through to payroll, benefits, absence, and everything in between.
- Work in our HRIS, produce people data and insights, and help keep processes sharp, documented, and ready to scale.
- Be the first point of contact for employees and managers, a trusted member of a lean team, and provide visibility into the impact of your work on the business.
Qualifications
- Organised, accurate, and genuinely passionate about people and HR.
- Prior experience in an HR role, solid grasp of UK employment fundamentals, and proactive, can-do energy.
- A CIPD qualification (or studying towards one) is a bonus, as is experience with HRIS platforms or a background in a startup or scale-up environment. Mindset is valued over CV boxes.

Location and Availability
This role is based in our London office for a minimum of four days a week. There may be scope for one day of flexibility depending on business needs at the time.
