Pub Assistant Manager: Lead Service & KPIs

Marstons PLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to step in for the General Manager as needed, driving guest experiences and leading from the front. Youll assist with achieving financial KPIs, motivate the pub team on every shift, and take charge of operations when deputising for the GM.
