Assistant Manager – Pubs & Guest Experience Lead

Wadworth is looking for an Assistant Manager to join the team in our pubs across the South and West in England. You will support the Deputy Manager and help run the business in the Manager’s absence, aiming to maximise sales and provide outstanding customer service.

Being part of a family business with 150 years of history, you will work with front of house and back of house teams, developing knowledge of finances, recruitment, compliance and company policies.
