Part-Time Maintenance Technician — Proactive Repairs & Care

HC-One is seeking a Maintenance Operative for 15 hours per week (Thursdays and Fridays) to join our care team. The role involves maintenance, basic DIY tasks, cleaning and housekeeping, with knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.

You will ensure residents live in a well-maintained environment while staying considerate and kind to colleagues and residents. Safeguarding responsibilities are integral; you will complete safeguarding training and escalate concerns as required.
