IS Operator – Glass Manufacturing (4 on/4 off)

Encirc Ltd is seeking an IS Operator for our Elton site on a permanent basis. You will operate the IS Machine, monitor production, and check bottle sets for defects while reporting quality issues promptly.

The role requires strong attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. The position offers 4 on 4 off shifts (07:00–19:00) with a salary between £38,000 and £40,500, plus extensive benefits and pension contributions.
