Through their programmes and network, they help accelerate high‑impact innovation and support the growth of early‑stage businesses.

What You Will Be Doing

• Actively tend to and build the broader community, nurturing relationships and proactively identifying opportunities for collaboration and developing events that bring the network together in new ways.
• Engage and build the alumni network
• Lead community initiatives such as events and outreach
• Manage and moderate the online community channels
• Build relationships and network with contacts at universities and research organisations

About You

What we’re looking for

• Demonstrable experience building and sustaining a community, with evidence of engagement and retention outcomes.
• Experience of planning and delivering outreach campaigns and events
• A strong understanding of deeptech and the university/ research ecosystem
• Excellent networking and relationship building skills, maturity and emotional intelligence
• Genuine interest in science and technology
• Ability to travel across the UK and Europe
