Building Services Technician – Sitewide Maintenance & Systems

Nuffield Health Rugby FWC is seeking a Building Services Technician on a permanent, full-time basis to maintain the site from the building shell to surrounding grounds and pools, including mechanical plant and HVAC systems.

You will hold an electrical qualification (to 17th edition or equivalent) and have knowledge of Building Management Systems, with experience in emergency lighting testing, PAT, water hygiene and other compliance areas in a large industrial unit.
