Backstage Operations Associate: Stock & Deliveries

Marks and Spencer is seeking a Customer Assistant in Operations to be the backstage powerhouse keeping our stores running smoothly. You will handle stock, deliveries, and behind-the-scenes work to ensure shelves are full, clean, and ready for customers.

The role is physically demanding and requires flexibility across shifts, including weekends and late hours. You will use digital tools to track deliveries and stock, and work with teams across the store to maintain store flow.
