Evening Operations Associate – Stock & Deliveries

Marks & Spencer in Chelmsford is seeking a Customer Assistant in Operations to help keep our store running smoothly. This is a physically demanding, high‑intensity role that supports stock, deliveries and shop-floor availability.

You’ll work on set evening shifts and may move across the wider store to maintain pace and stock availability, with a £3.00 per hour unsocial premium for hours between 22:00 and 06:00.
