Residential Care Worker – Kids’ Home (Veterans Eligible)

Keys Group in the UK is seeking Residential Support Workers for a Children’s Home in Aylesbury. You will work with children aged 8–18 who display emotional and behavioural difficulties, on a full-time rota including long days and sleep-ins.

The role offers 39 hours per week with pay £14.05–£14.75 per hour plus sleep-ins (£62.64 each) and annual supplements of £3,000–£6,000 from 1 April 2026. DBS check required; a valid UK driving licence is essential.
