Commercial Assistant — Fire Safety & Major Works

Metropolitan Thames Valley is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Commercial Manager to join our Commercial Team, focusing on fire remediation and major works in London with travel to Midlands and East Anglia as needed.

You will support pre-construction activities, procurement, contract administration, financial monitoring and governance, ensuring remediation schemes are funded, compliant and ready for handover to delivery teams. This is a development role in building safety and housing sectors.
