Behavioural Support Specialist – SEND & SEMH

TipTopJob is recruiting a Behavioural Support Assistant to work in SEND schools and PRUs. The role is full time, long term and term-time only, with immediate start and weekly pay at GBP90-95 per day.

You will support students with complex SEMH needs, autism or ADHD using trauma-informed approaches, provide 1:1 mentoring, de‑escalation, and help develop social and life skills, while collaborating with Therapists, SENCOs and families to monitor wellbeing and progress.
