Hybrid Police Resource Planner – Scheduling & Data

Avon and Somerset Police is seeking a Resource Assistant to support the Resource Planning team in staffing Police Officers and Police Staff for major operations. You will maintain records, generate reports and balance operational demands with individual needs to ensure optimal staffing.

The role involves administering rotas, handling leave, monitoring emails, coordinating resource requests and ensuring data integrity across systems, in a collaborative, fast-paced environment at Portishead.
