Assistant Manager | Growth Path & Onsite Gym

Scape Guildford is recruiting an Assistant Manager to support day-to-day operations at our Guildford site. You will lead tours, manage the resident experience and help supervise a high-performing team.

This role requires a hands-on leader with strong communication skills, able to handle on-call duties and ensure safety policies are followed. A hospitality background and experience in student accommodation are advantageous.
