Supporter Services Specialist – Hybrid & Donor Care

The Salvation Army UK and Ireland Territory is seeking a customer-focused Supporter Services representative to be the friendly first point of contact for supporters, handling enquiries and donations with care.

This role is office-based with hybrid options after probation, 35 hours per week, and will support appeals and campaigns while ensuring accurate data entry and a warm, personal service.
