SEMH Mentor & Behavioural Support Assistant

TipTopJob is seeking a Behavioural Support Assistant for SEMH and mentorship in local secondary schools. This full‑time, long‑term post runs term time only with a daily rate of £90–£95, starting immediately or next term.

You will work with students in KS3–KS4, supporting emotional regulation, IBPs collaboration with SENCO and pastoral staff, and provide 1‑to‑1 or small group mentoring within standard school hours (≈8:30am–3:30pm).
