Food Production Operative – 2 Shifts, Progression

Kepak Group in Kirkham is hiring for Assembly, Area 1 in a two-shift rotation (06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00). The position pays a competitive £13.13 per hour, with overtime at time and a half and Sundays at double rate. Wages are paid weekly and there are opportunities for progression.

Successful candidates will join a team that follows the daily production plan and hygiene schedule, maintains food safety standards, and works in a fast-paced environment with training provided.
