Production Operator

We are looking for a Production Operator at our Holywell, Wales facility. This permanent role runs Monday to Friday 7:00 am–3:00 pm, progressing to a 4‑on/4‑off shift pattern. Pay rates are £12.71 per hour (days) and £15.48 per hour (shift pattern).

Responsibilities

• Operate sorting and collation machinery in line with company procedures.
• Monitor production processes to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Work closely with the Shift Leader to keep production running smoothly and achieve daily targets.
• Carry out visual quality inspections and check product weights and dimensions.
• Pack finished products to the required quality standards.

Key Expectations

• Follow all Health & Safety procedures and maintain a clean and organised work area.
• Wear the required PPE at all times.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and complete accurate shift handovers.
• Undertake any other reasonable duties as required.
