Technical Support Advisor for UK Installers

Paxton is seeking a customer support professional to join our Brighton team. You will be the first point of contact, providing advice and technical support to UK customers, and collaborating with installers on product and technology issues from day one.

You will handle inquiries via phone, email, or webchat, assist with sales or returns, and troubleshoot installation problems in a timely manner. Our team operates between 07:00 and 19:00, with shifts scheduled within these hours.
