You Matter supports Stepping Stones Mental Health Service, delivering eight beds and 24/7 care for people in mental health crises. The Night Support Assistant role emphasizes empathetic, person-centered care and safe, supportive environments.

You will welcome residents, conduct risk assessments, ensure basic needs, and help residents access health and financial services while upholding SHREK values: Strength, Humility, Respect, Empathy and Kindness.
