This pivotal role requires expertise to solve complex issues at the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Carry out a range of maintenance work on a range of vehicles, including diagnostic, warranty and repair work.
• Complete mechanical, electrical and hydraulic repairs safely and efficiently, working in line with manufacturer standards.
• Support less skilled Technicians in diagnosing all types of issues, guiding them on being highly efficient.
• Mentor and share knowledge and expertise with the workshop.

Qualifications

• Master Technician Level3 qualification (IMI, City & Guilds or equivalent).
• Exposure to both complex diagnostic and servicing work, with experience in electrical and mechanical systems.
• Strong teamwork skills, following process and upholding high standards of safety and quality.
• Customer‑centric, can‑do attitude and a mentor mindset.
