Production Training Coach & Compliance Specialist

Baxters Canada Inc in Fochabers is seeking a dynamic Trainer to deliver all aspects of production compliance and on-the-job training, ensuring records are accurate, up-to-date and audit ready in the appropriate location.

You will work with the Training Manager and Production Management Team to identify training needs, provide necessary training for all employees, induct new staff, maintain training records, and support internal and external audits while upholding Baxters values.
