Hospice Care Assistant for Children & Young Adults

Naomi and Jack’s hospice in the central south of England is seeking a compassionate care team member to support children and young adults with life-limiting conditions during short breaks, symptom management stays and end-of-life care.

You will work closely with families, provide personal care and emotional wellbeing support, and help create a welcoming environment while upholding safeguarding and infection prevention standards as part of a dedicated clinical team.
