Family Health & Wellness Coach for Children & Teens

HCRG Care Group is seeking a Child and Family Lifestyle Coach to support families across Warwickshire, delivering evidence-based lifestyle interventions for children and young people aged 0–19 (up to 25 for SEND).

You will use motivational interviewing and practical guidance on healthy eating, physical activity, breastfeeding, weaning and oral health in family hubs, clinics, schools and the wider community.
