Multi-Site Deputy Group Chef – Lead Mobile Kitchens

Hertfordshire Catering Limited is seeking a Deputy Group Chef to oversee staffing across multiple education sites, ensuring kitchens remain fully staffed and operate safely. You will support the Group Chef by mobilising a mobile catering team, planning rotas, supervising staff, and driving food safety, allergen controls and HACCP across sites.

The role includes recruitment support, training, site set-ups, and working with digital systems to sustain high-quality food and service.
