About the role
We are looking for an experienced SEN Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join our team, working 30 hours per week, 39 weeks per year Monday‑Friday. The purpose of this role is to provide pupils with classroom support.
About you
- Have experience of working with children and/or as a Teaching Assistant
- Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
- Be enthusiastic, ambitious and serious about improving children’s life chances through education
- Be highly organised, conscientious and able to set clear priorities when managing a busy workload
- Be able to work cooperatively and communicate clearly with fellow colleagues, parents and pupils
- Have a ‘can-do’ attitude and has the ability to use their initiative
- Be able to work flexibly and professionally

Salary and Working Conditions
FTE £25,583 per year, approximately £17,742 pro‑rata. Working 30 hours per week, Monday‑Friday, 39 weeks per year.
