Senior Youth Mentor — Education & Pathways (Hybrid)

Ackerman Pierce is seeking a Mentor in Chipping Barnet to lead initiatives under the new Post-16 Education and Skills Strategy. This hybrid role requires 4 days in the office and 1 day of remote work. The Mentor will support a caseload of young people, helping them make informed decisions to achieve their educational and employment goals.

Key accountabilities include building motivational relationships and ensuring that the young individuals thrive while upholding the organization’s values. This position focuses on improving opportunities for disadvantaged youth.
