Main duties of the job

The primary goal of this role is to ensure the highest standards of maintenance and repair across all Trust properties and facilities. By providing expert technical advice, overseeing complex maintenance activities, and ensuring strict compliance with safety regulations, the role is pivotal in maintaining the integrity and safety of our infrastructure. This involves performing scheduled and emergency maintenance, diagnosing, and fixing issues, and overseeing technical staff. You’ll work on various equipment, provide technical advice, and help develop policies to keep safety and compliance standards high. Additionally, you’ll conduct risk assessments, keep detailed records, and take part in emergency and safety procedures.
