Hearing Impaired Resource Base TA – BSL Support & Growth

TeacherActive in Cardiff is seeking a Hearing Impaired Resource Base Teaching Assistant to support pupils with hearing impairments across mixed ages. The role runs from the Summer Term into the Autumn Term 2026, with a pay rate of £14.25 per hour.

You will work closely with teaching staff to deliver tailored support and adapt communication methods where needed. The ideal candidate will have experience with ALN or hearing impairments and may know BSL, or be willing to learn.
