Multi-Site HR Assistant | Onboarding & Admin Support

GXO Logistics is seeking a Network HR Assistant to support our B&Q operation in Branston. The role focuses on delivering consistent HR support across unionised sites while maintaining data standards and policies.

You will handle contracts, onboarding, GDPR compliance, and HR reporting, working with managers and colleagues across multiple sites. A permanent full-time position with standard hours and some flexibility is offered.
