Year 3 KS2 Transition Specialist

Castle Education is seeking an experienced Year 3 Teacher to join a challenging Leeds primary school from September 2026. The role focuses on supporting the transition from KS1 to KS2, raising attainment, and providing structure for pupils with diverse behavioural or learning needs.

The ideal candidate will hold QTS, have proven Year 3 or KS2 experience, strong behaviour management, and excellent communication.
