Administration Assistant for The Paediatric Education Team

Band 3 – 1 post

37.5 hours a week covering a 7 day period inclusive of bank holidays.

Hours of work: 08:30-16:30pm

An exciting opportunity has arisen to recruit a Team Administrator to provide high quality administration and clerical support to the Paediatric Education Team, which is based at Lansdowne Health Centre, Winson Green, Birmingham B18 7EE.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide high quality administration and clerical support to the Paediatric Education Team.
  • Manage clinical records, data protection, electronic patient records, staff diaries, team inbox and stock orders.
  • Prepare and manage invoicing external clients for training; raise invoices and purchase orders.
  • Support team goals and develop personal and professional skills.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organisational, communication, digital and time management skills.
  • Experience managing clinical records and electronic patient records.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Sway); knowledge of Slido and Wordwall is advantageous.
  • Experience in raising invoices and purchase orders is desirable.
  • Enriched DBS check required.
