About the Role

Graduate Teaching Assistant

Reports to: Lead LSA/Assistant Principal

Start date: September 2026

Contract: Permanent – Term-time only

Salary: Ark Support Payscale Grade 2, Points 2-3 – £29,801 – £30,222 (Actual Salary subject to pro‑rata)

The Role

This is an incredibly rewarding role, where you will be instrumental in students’ learning journey. You will support pupils, parents and teachers to establish a conducive learning environment in which children can thrive and fulfil their fullest potential.
