SEND TA for Specialist School – One-to-One Support

Flourish Education in Birmingham is seeking a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to support children and young people aged 2–19 with a range of needs.

You will work one-to-one and in small groups, fostering communication, independence and access to a personalised curriculum, in a supportive environment that prioritises safeguarding and professional development.
