Helpline Advisor – 24/7 Support for Victims (Fixed Term)

Victim Support in Cardiff seeks Helpline Advisors for our National Contact Centre. You will provide emotional support, information and referrals to victims of crime, operating 37.5 hours per week on a 24/7 rota.

The fixed-term role runs until 31 March 2027 and offers induction before moving to rota hours. You will handle immediate support after incidents, work across services, and manage sensitive disclosures with empathy and professionalism.
