As a Hygiene Operative you’ll be at the heart of our operation, ensuring our production environment meets the highest standards of cleanliness and compliance.
The Role
Shift: Night shift, 2‑week rotation. Week 1: Monday 18:30 to 06:00 & Tuesday to Friday 20:00 to 02:30. Week 2: Tuesday to Friday 20:00 to 02:30 & Saturday 18:30 to 06:00.
Pay rate £14.37 per hour.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out scheduled cleaning of production areas, equipment, and facilities
- Ensuring all hygiene tasks are completed to food safety and regulatory standards
- Supporting your team to uphold a clean, safe, and efficient work environment
- Following established cleaning procedures and safety protocols
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience in hygiene or cleaning, ideally in a food production setting
- Able to work night shifts on a full‑time basis
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining standards
- Good understanding of workplace health and safety practices
- Able to work independently and as part of a close‑knit team
