SEND Teaching Assistant: Empowers Independence & Learning

We Manage Jobs (WMJobs) is seeking a committed Teaching Assistant to support pupils with a variety of needs, including those with complex learning and SEMH needs. You will work under the supervision of Class Teacher to deliver one-to-one support and small group interventions, following individual learning plans and promoting independence and self-esteem.

You will contribute to safeguarding, assist with classroom activities and personal care, and participate in wrap-around care on a rota basis.
