Head Chef

Location: 81 Knightsbridge, SW1X 8ET, LondonPosition: Full‑time (Back of House, 45 hours per week)

Company: Jaguar Land Rover – partnership with Searcys.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, inspire, and develop a high‑performing kitchen brigade
  • Deliver a refined, seasonal, and bespoke menu with precision and consistency
  • Maintain exceptional standards across food quality, presentation, and hygiene
  • Collaborate on menu development and evolving concepts
  • Manage kitchen operations including cost control, ordering, and staffing
  • Proven experience at senior level within premium or Michelin‑starred environments
  • Creative, detail‑driven, and passionate about delivering excellence
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills
  • Calm under pressure with a commitment to consistency
  • A deep understanding of modern luxury dining expectations

Contract & Salary

Contract: Full TimeSalary: £55K + performance‑based incentivesOpening times: 10:00 – 20:00 (Open 7 days a week)
