Team Member – Temporary

Overview

We’re looking for warm, positive Team Members who genuinely enjoy working with others and serving customers to join our team on a Temporary basis. Through great coffee and brilliant service, we want to make a positive difference in people’s lives.

Responsibilities

• Help customers and the team during busy periods.
• Welcome customers with friendly personalities and help the store and service run smoothly.
• Stay all hands on deck, keeping the store clean and tidy, restocking, and helping with deliveries.
• Ensure the customer and back‑of‑house areas are safe, clean, organised and ready for service, including cleaning tables and keeping toilets to high standards.

Personal qualities

• Enjoy customer interaction and have a positive attitude.
• Strong teamwork and exude energy.
• Enjoy working in a fun, fast‑paced environment.
• Be flexible with working hours.

Pay

• Earn up to £12.71 per hour in this location. Starter rates apply depending on age: Under 21: £10.85 per hour, 21 and over: £12.71 per hour.
