Outdoor Education Coach — Forest School & DofE Leader

Outcomes First Group is seeking an enthusiastic outdoor learning facilitator to deliver engaging Forest School and horticulture activities. You will plan visits and lead pupils toward accreditations, while building positive relationships and promoting wellbeing and independence.

Role involves developing outdoor environments, ensuring safeguarding and risk assessments, and supporting community‑based learning for pupils with SEND.
