Responsibilities

• Supervise activities and customers within the gym
• Support customers to operate the equipment correctly
• Ensure a safe, enjoyable, and quality customer experience

Qualifications

• Level 3 Personal Training qualification, or equivalent
• Previous experience working as a fitness instructor
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience delivering first-class customer service
• Willing to work variable hours, including evenings and weekends
