Outpatients Front Desk & Admin — Patient Flow Champion

East and North Hertfordshire Teaching NHS Trust is seeking an Outpatients Front of House Clerk to provide a welcoming front-of-house reception and administrative service in the Outpatients Department. You will check patients in, book follow-up appointments on-site, and assist with clinic cashing-up and financial reconciliation.
