Serco Limited in Charnwood is seeking a HGV Refuse & Recycling Driver to join our Environmental Services team. You will provide a complete waste and recycling service for residents and businesses, delivering a reliable, friendly public-facing service.
You will start on a pre-planned route with loaders, perform safety checks, and keep the truck clean and ready for duty. The role requires a Class 1 or 2 licence with Driver CPC, physical fitness, and teamwork.
