Garment Technologist – Womenswear (Tailoring & Outerwear)

Our client, a well‑established womenswear supplier with over 70 years of industry success, is looking to recruit an experienced Garment Technologist to join their team.

Working closely with leading UK retailers, you’ll be responsible for managing the fit and technical development of womenswear products from development through to production, ensuring the highest standards of quality and fit are achieved.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Garment Technologist within a supplier or retailer.
• Strong womenswear technical knowledge, particularly across tailoring.
• Experience with outerwear would be highly desirable.
• Confident conducting fit sessions and liaising with customers and overseas factories.
• Excellent understanding of garment construction, fabrics and manufacturing.
• Strong communication and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
