A young gentleman in the late 20s requires person-centred care at home and in community settings. You will assist with personal care, mobility, medication, and domestic tasks, while ensuring comfort and safety. PEG feeding and NIV management may be part of the care plan, with a focus on quality of life.
Role involves flexible shifts, nights and weekends, and ongoing development within a national provider. Training in clinical skills is funded; attendance is unpaid.
