Welsh-Speaking Progress Coach: Student Success & Wellbeing

Bridgend College is seeking a Progress Coach (Welsh Essential). This full-time role (37 hours per week) is term-time only and fixed-term until March 2027, with a salary scale 5 of £30,165 – £33,119 (pro rata) based on the number of term weeks worked.

You will champion student progress, support wellbeing, and deliver a person-centred learner journey for a cohort of students. Welsh language skills are required, with registration as an FE Learning Support worker (EWC) expected before start.
