Equal Teaching is seeking confident, motivated Cover Supervisors to support one of our partner secondary schools in Carmarthen. You’ll supervise classes during teacher absence, deliver pre-prepared materials, and promote a positive learning environment.

We’re looking for adaptable, professional individuals with strong communication skills and a calm, flexible approach. DBS on Update Service is required or willingness to process one. Right to work in the UK is essential.
