Home Care Assistant: Flexible Shifts, Paid Training, Growth

Dale Care Ltd. is seeking a Care Assistant to support older adults in their own homes across Durham, Middlesbrough, Hartlepool and Gateshead. You will help with daily living needs, meal preparation, light housekeeping and companionship, promoting independence and dignity for clients.

No prior experience is required as full training is provided; a full UK driving licence with own car is preferred to travel between visits. Flexible shift patterns and progression opportunities are available.
