Global Flavors Chef de Partie — Lead Your Station

Umami World Kitchen in Leicester is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team. You will manage a designated section, ensuring high standards of food preparation, presentation and service in a fast-paced environment.

You will work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef, mentor junior staff, maintain health and safety, manage stock, and handle evenings, weekends and holiday shifts. If you are passionate about quality cooking and teamwork, we’d love to hear from you.
