Prison Library & Literacy Specialist

Serco Group plc is seeking an Assistant Librarian to support library and literacy services at HMP Dovegate. You will help deliver reading initiatives, support distance learning, and engage prisoners and families in educational activities. The role focuses on building skills, confidence, and positive rehabilitation outcomes.

You will contribute to the Prison-Wide Reading Strategy, manage resources, and collaborate with education and operational teams to continually improve services.
